Even though I don’t tend bar to help pay my bills right now, I still often find myself missing the art of mixing up a wonderful cocktail. In the summertime, my roommate always makes me muddle up Mint Juleps, make pitchers of Drunken Palmers, or blend up a potent margarita, but in the winter our drinking is more restrained to dark beers and hearty, red wines.
However, with my recent batch of infused vodkas, I’ve suddenly been inspired to start experimenting with cocktails again. I decided to whip up a batch of pink drinks in honor of Valentine’s Day. These were super simple, with only three ingredients, but be careful, they are super sweet and pack quite the punch!
