Ever since I saw this recipe last week, I have been salivating over the idea of making one. I love a wonderful dessert, and one that I don’t have to feel extremely guilty about makes me even happier. So this weekend, when Jason and I were planning our dinner/dessert, I decided to take the time to make one.
And now it’s official, I’m obsessed. It took me practically no time at all, wasn’t messy or difficult to make, and is super delicious. I love that it isn’t sickly sweet, and let’s face it, you can put coconut oil in anything and it will taste amazing. And as an added bonus, being sans dairy, Jason could eat it and enjoy it just as much as I could!
It made me much more excited to try more vegan and raw desserts, any suggestions of what I should try next?
