One of the most irritating parts of moving is not being able to get on with normal life and due the things you love due to stresses, packed boxes, and no where to go about your business. So with the boxes almost unpacked, I decided to take a bit of time this weekend to make these cookies, which I’ve been dying to try for a while. Essentially, they are delicious shortbread cookies with chopped cranberries, and I also added a little lemon zest for my own take on them.
The best part about the cookies? You divide the dough into four sections and it can keep for a month, it’s perfect for last minute holiday guests!
